William Bytheway, K7TTY, has been
licensed since 1969. His original callsign was
WN6HWO and later WB6HWO. When he upgraded to
Extra in 1985, the callsign changed to AA6ED.
Recently it was changed it to K7TTY.
Products
include a 16 channel PSK-31 signal generator,
RTTY broadcast scheduler, editor and controller
for a commercial HF station, JAVA based RTTY art
viewer and a WIN32 based art capture and edit
tool. The latest tool is a 3-D satellite analysis
tool built around the NORAD SDP/SGP ephemeris
propagator, CIA world maps and OpenGL.
Programming
languages include C/C++, HTML, JAVA and PASCAL
with some experience in BASIC and FORTRAN.
Included are dialog-based WIN32 applications
using MS Visual C++ 6.0, Borland PASCAL 7.0
and C++ 4.52 IDE and performed extensive
work with RS-232 and TCP/IP protocols on DEC-VMS,
UNIX and DOS/WIN32 systems.
K7TTY
is experienced in software and systems
engineering which includes software design and
development, integration and test, system
architecture development, simulations, command
and control, mission planning, maintenance and
operational readiness.
